Idbackpacker.com (Indonesia Backpacker) – At the end of The Extreme Journey competition, I had a day spare time. Rather than spending the time gegoleran in The Pirate Bay Bali, do nothing (red : gegoleran mean doing nothing, just lying around). So I prefer to contact my old friends who are still many of them staying in Bali. In short, this time I need help from them to not getting bored. Because I’ve been in Bali but doing nothing is just not my style.

Idbackpacker.com (Indonesia Backpacker) – It was few years ago, I went to one of Bali’s beautiful beach, Tegalwangi. Some people also called the beach by Tanjung Tegalwangi, while I give an additional name to this beach “Bali’s hidden beach, found by me” :).

Idbackpacker.com (Indonesia Backpacker) – One of the most highly recommended places to visit is of course Bali, but due to the all the luxury resorts that have taken over the island, many budget travellers avoid it. Sure, it might be more expensive than the other islands and less populated by tourists, but it doesn’t mean that you need to spend thousands of dollars to have a good time there.

Idbackpacker.com (Indonesia Backpacker) – From where we stay-Jungut Batu Village, we can found many low budget homestay and most of them also provide a bike rental, so we rented a motorbike to going around. Many options of the destinations can be choose in the island, for the example; Dream Beach, Mushroom Beach, Devil Tears, Coconut Beach, Mangrove and many more. If you want to come here, would be nice if you use a slow traveling style, so that all areas can be enjoyed with a more satisfying.

Idbackpacker.com (Indonesia Backpacker) – When arrived and were walking to find a place to stay, the old man come to us and over a someplace. So we followed him then arrive at a homestay called Exotic Inn. The place is quite comfortable, not too far from the coast so we said yes and got the price Idr 175K / night with facilities one bed double bed, bathroom inside, warm water and of course free WIFI :)

Idbackpacker.com (Indonesia Backpacker) – I found Balangan Beach as a great place for having fun. This is where I first saw a beach with a series of unique and neat coconut trees. It was very rarely, I seen a beach with beautiful coconut tree formation in Bali. Although I don’t know if these coconut trees are growing naturaly or some man-made, which is might be owned by some resort around here. It is clear that composition of white sand beach combined with neat palm trees is somehow make me feels more comfortable and quiet.
