While chicken, beef and goat are common meat for main satay ingredient. In addition, there was a wide range of satay variations, from one called Sate Madura (Madura Typical), Sate Padang (Padang Typical satay, the sauce are little bit salty flavoured) and some are called Sate Lilit (Satay which is made of fish, usually found in Bali).
